CRATED SHIPMENT: This shipment will be a wood crated shipment that is approximately 300 lbs total. Customer is responsible for facilitating taking the crate from the freight truck, down to the ground, and any associated costs. Forklift, loading dock, or other means may be necessary to unload. We are responsible for bringing the shipment to the location via freight truck.
