Single Swing, Archtop gate with Rose City style pickets and TWO (2) FLAT panels in bottom portion of gate -- see customer photo for inspiration
Pickets:
- Pickets are 5/8" thick
- Width of pickets and spacing are based on customer supplied image
Raised Panels:
- 5/8" thick flat panels
Design Notes:
** Gate Width: rough opening is 54" wide
** Gate Height: 70" at shoulder
** Frame Thickness: 2 1/8"
Other Design Notes:
*** customer requests height of mid-rail be at 59.5" from bottom of the gate
Pricing includes:
- Iron Ring Pull hardware set for Single Swing Gates
- Black Iron Ring Pull
- THREE (3) black, 4 x 4 butt hinges, not self-closing
- TWO (2) 2 x 4 jambs (1.5" x 3.5" actual jamb size)
- Mortise prep for hinges on both gate and jambs
