Test UserText/Description :--- The fuel sending unit is located at the back of the vehicle inside of the fuel tank. Its purpose is to measure the fuel level inside of the diesel fuel or gas tank, allow fuel to flow to the engine, allow excess fuel to return back to the tank, and vent excess vapors from the fuel tank. On some vehicles, the sending unit may also include the fuel pump, which usually comes with a fuel sock—a filter that is designed to prevent any large material from entering the fuel pump.

All Classic Parts, Inc. (ACP) warrants its products with a limited one year warranty from the date of installation to be free from all defects in material and workmanship. The limited warranty is void if the product is subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions other than those for which the product was designed, or has been repaired or altered outside the supervision of ACP. This warranty does not cover the physical or chemical effects of any corrosive substance in the operating environment or the product. This warranty is extended to and enforceable by only the original consumer purchaser. ACP products should not be installed in any application where the warning lights and or gauges have been made inoperative or are ignored during operation. These devices warn the operator of pending emergency conditions long before internal engine damage occurs. Failure to monitor these warning devices is considered to be operator neglect and is not a basis for warranty. If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, the original purchaser shall be responsible for returning the defective product and a COPY of the ORIGINAL PURCHASE/INSTALLATION RECEIPT to an Authorized ACP Dealer with all transportation expenses prepaid by purchaser, and which the examination by ACP, shall disclose to have been defective to verify the cause of the product failure.
